Meet our staff & Board
Have a heart for women coming out of crisis?
We want to hear from you!
Rachel Peck
Executive Director
Rachel Peck is the Executive Director of 431 Ministries. She and her husband, Justin, originally founded 431 after the Lord opened their eyes to the need for women's crisis support in the community.
Her work has fueled exponential, sustainable growth—now serving over 200 unique women per year—and has drawn national and international attention. Organizations from Pennsylvania, New York, and even Australia have sought her mentorship to replicate her unique approach in their own communities.
Rachel is a respected speaker, strategist, and advocate for women often left out of traditional systems. She created tools like the Re:Store Me Assessment© to track holistic progress across life and employment goals, and regularly trains leaders in nonprofit governance and client-centered program design. She lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband and two daughters and spends her time writing, mentoring, and tending to their family farm.
Book Rachel for your next lunch, women’s night, or event.

Robyn’s story with 431 Ministries could be summed up with “needed it, got it, gives it.” Facing teenage pregnancy and later a painful divorce, Robyn found strength and restoration through her faith in Christ and the support of her church community. Her journey through these challenges has fueled her passion for helping others, making her a beacon of hope and empathy. Outside of work, Robyn is a devoted mother, an active member of her community, and passionate football fan. Her journey continues to inspire those around her, proving that with faith and deep dependence on Christ, one can overcome any obstacle and emerge stronger than ever.

Robin moved to the Spring Hill area in 1999. She has been active in her community and local church for over 2 decades; and having established deep roots in the Middle TN area, she loves that she gets to call Middle TN home. Robin’s background is in nursing and has a long career in neonatal and women’s health.
Robin joined 431 Ministries in April 2025 as the Client Advocate with a desire to continue caring and advocating for women, but on a much deeper and personal level. When not at work, Robin enjoys taking long walks, being outside, traveling with her family, and spending as much time as possible with her husband and two young, adult sons.
Meet our Board of Directors
Justin and Rachel Peck
Founders, Board President (Rachel) and Board Member (Justin)
Together, Justin and Rachel Peck are the Founders of 431 Ministries and Rachel currently serves as the Executive Director and Board President.
Their journey all started with a prayer, “Break our hearts for what breaks yours.” This prayer led to an invitation for a single mom and her daughter to share their 700-sq ft home. For the 9 months they lived together, the kitchen became the training ground, and the living room a place of hope. Discipleship was done over the phone while running errands, and side-by-side while doing farm chores.
In 2018, the needs expanded and 431 Ministries was formed as a 501(c)(3) organization, building on the work that was started with a single "yes."
The women that showed up to their ministry came from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. But God showed up. And as hearts believed, lives were changed.
Today, more than 900 women have reached out for help and been served with 1:1 Coaching, Group Classes, and large outreach events to live out the mission of offering hope and a plan for an independent future.
Justin and Rachel have been married for 12 years and have two young daughters.
Miranda Yoder - Secretary of the Board
After walking through a painful divorce just after college, Miranda experienced some of the most impactful growth and healing through the study of God’s word and being grounded in Biblical community. Her heart is now with women who’ve walked through hardship and her hope is that each woman can find healing, restoration, and independence through a series of positive decisions and time spent in community, ultimately finding hope through an immovable faith in Jesus Christ.
Miranda has served alongside her husband Russell in his pastoral ministry in the Bon Aqua and Spring Hill, TN areas since 2014 in varying capacities. She’s been a Sunday School teacher, ladies group leader and has also led several Bible studies. She loves the Word of God and is a lifetime student of scripture.
Professionally, Miranda had a 13-year career in Healthcare IT before moving into Digital Product Management in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys diving into a good book, game nights with friends, and traveling with her husband of almost 18 years. Miranda, Russell and their two miniature dachshunds live in Spring Hill.
Miranda has been a volunteer with 431 since 2021, helping women with their budgets and resumes and, as of 2024 a side-by-side mentor and board member.
Josh and Kim Kolstad - Board Members
Josh and Kim have always had a strong desire to serve the local church, youth, and their community. This is motivated by a desire for all to experience God’s love and protection, even in the midst of difficulty.
Josh has served in law enforcement for the past 23 years and teaches parenting classes at the county jail. Kim was a junior high teacher and girls’ basketball coach and served on the leadership team of her county’s foster support group, with an emphasis on advocating for children with special needs. Together, they are actively involved in the foster and adoption community, having fostered children for twelve years and adopted three.
Being involved in the foster community strengthened their aspirations to advocate not only the children affected by crisis, but also their parents and caretakers. This brought them to serve at 431 Ministries, where they could point those coming out of crisis to the One who perfectly knows, sees, and loves each of us.
Josh and Kim Kolstad have been married for 22 years and have four children.
Josh and Kim Kolstad have served on the Board of Directors since July 2023.
