Client Coordinator Job Summary

We are looking for a Known Seen Loved Community Client Coordinator to be a critical frontline person in maintaining the mission and vision of 431 Ministries. The Client Coordinator works one-on-one with the clients and funnels them through the program to ensure their success.

Reports to: Assistant Director
Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00 

General Responsibilities:
The Client Coordinator works one-on-one with the clients and funnels them through the process to start their connection with 431 and set them up for success. General day-to-day responsibilities include: 

  • Schedule and complete inquiry phone calls or intakes with potential new clients

  • Maintain up-to-date notes of an inquiry in Casebook

  • Plan and implement KSLC Opportunities

  • Communication of opportunities to Requests or Clients including Monday Encouragement Text

  • Collect stories for marketing

  • Attends all KSLC client-related opportunities

  • Attend Community Advocacy events as directed

  • Performs other related duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong discipleship skills with ability to motivate and encourage others

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Is friendly, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude

  • Has a healthy dose of discernment and people-reading skills

  • Can regularly work within emotional situations while being able to keep a clear head

  • Loves processes and data while handling the people side

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years in a relevant field (non-profit work, church or ministry experience) or Bachelor’s degree 

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Natural leadership skills, comfort directing others and holding them accountable 

  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills

  • Self-starter; confident making decisions based on our Policies and Procedures

Physical Requirements: 

  •  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
