This session we'll be focusing on healthy nutrition habits.
We know that after a loss, healthy food habits can be one of the first things to go. We want to give you practical tips, talk about how food affects your health, emotions, energy levels and some other things that are important to know. This session will be lead by Megan Marcum who is a Nutrition Coach, Pn 1 Certified Coach.
